He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Patrick and Annie Laura Patrick (Long). He is survived by: his wife Ramona Patrick (Keefer); his daughters, Summer Mathis (Mark) and Kelly Padgett (Will); and his grandchildren, Taylor Ervin, Brock Mathis, Carli Mathis, Jordan Padgett and Wade Padgett.
Because of Curtis' love of art and wanting to see other artists excel at their craft, in lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made to the Springtown High School Art Department, Springtown, Texas.
