He is survived by: his wife Jane Mixer Wagner; his daughter Rebecca Wagner Hopkins; his granddaughter Robinetta Hopkins; his brother James Wagner (Cathy) of New Brighton, PA; and his nieces, Jennifer Cribbs and Rachel Sattler.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made in his memory to St Jude's Hospital, Memphis, TN.
