She is survived by: her husband Raymond Howe; her children, Seda Howe, Deanna Morgan, Blaine Youngs (Deb Hardin) and Jeff Youngs; and her brothers, Bobby and Able. She is also survived by two sisters, and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
