He is survived by: his parents, Neil Blacknall and Barbara Blacknall (Marrs); his wife Billie Coffman; his sister Mary Payne (Russell); and his siblings-in-law, Cindy Johnson, Donnie Paul Coffman and Danilla Ryon (Wayne). He is also survived by numerous other family members, including aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
