He is survived by: his wife Dollie; his children, Tommy Campbell (Debbie) of Springtown, Donna Sims (Tony) of Carrollton and John Campbell of Rockport; his sibling's children, Judith Parker (David) of Plano and Guy Chapman (Jennifer Taylor) of Corsicana; his grandchildren, Chase Campbell (Candice), Christy Swan (Joey), Ariel LaPorte (Jeffery) and Nathan Sims; his great grandchildren, Brayson Swan, Tristen Swan (Haley), Caleb of Cayden, JT, Justin and John Jr.; his great great grandchild Rowan Swan; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Chris Parker (Henry Goldberg), Bethany Parker (Scott), Zachary Parker and Lauren Chick (Austin); and also Evelyn.
