He was predeceased by: his parents, Emory Triggs and Merdell Triggs; his siblings, Emory Lee Triggs and Betty Esther Triggs Jones; and his son Cotton Ray Davis.
He is survived by: his children, Roy Dell Triggs Jr., Rhonda Triggs, Tami Triggs and Madison Triggs. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, August 24th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hilltop Family Church (1227 Cotton Dale Rd, Springtown, TX 76082). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, August 25th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, August 25th 2026 at the Goshen Cemetery (3660 Goshen Rd, Springtown, TX 76082).
