It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlotte Boothe (Spur, Texas), born in Chanute, Kansas, who passed away on May 23, 2023, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Chester William McVicker and Ina Jacquith McVicker (Cass); her sister Carolyn Scaila (Larry Boothe); and her son-in-law Garry Dixon. She is survived by : her husband Larry Odeneal Boothe; her children, Julia Ann Dixon, Dora Boothe Rodgers (Tim) and Larry William Boothe; her grandchildren, Lynn Dixon (Heather Stafford), Joe Dixon, Charlotte Rodgers, Stephanie Pitts (Carl), Marisa Rodgers and Courtney Brumfield (Jesse); and her great grandchildren, Brea Stafford, Elijah McGee, Lillian Pitts and Cecelia Brumfield.
