He is survived by : his mother Lucinda Givens of Spur; his daughters, Madison Brooke Givens and Weslyn Olivia Givens of Spur; his sister Kandice Bell (Warren Bell) of Leander; his nieces and nephews, Appolynne and Ashton Bell; his uncle Mickey Givens (Alexa Collier); his aunts, Susan O'Brien of Abilene and Sue Givens of Wichita Falls; and his cousins, Casey (Jamie), Kylyn (Rob), Kris (Shay), Eric (Melissa), Adam (Mallory), Jennifer (Jonothan) and Chad.
