He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Howard Winkle and Mary Alice Hooks Clowers; and his siblings, Wayne Winkle, Melvin Winkle, Eugene Winkle, Elaine Morris and Gayle Moore.
He is survived by: his wife Cari LeBlanc Winkle; his children, Keith Winkle (Jaime), Jake Winkle, Tisha Hinklin (Trent) and Nicole Blankenship (Travis); his grandchildren, Gage Applegate-Winkle, Kolton Payne, Kiley Winkle, Trinity Hinklin, Lane Winkle, Tex Hinklin, Korbin Blankenship, Katie Blankenship and Kannon Blankenship; and his niece Shannon Dunkin. He is also survived by numerous other nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
