He is survived by: his parents, Adam Jacobs and Dorothy Lee Coleman Jacobs; his sister Anessia Rene Chambers (Carlos); his children, Raven Lynn Jacobs, Reginald Bernard Jacobs II, Jessilynn Ruth Jacobs and Nicholas Adam Jacobs; his granddaughters, Carsyn Lynia Cooper, Sage Reign Jacobs and Emersyn Dream Cooper; his godson Jalen Adam Chambers; and his godparents, Dr. Hubert and Mary Monroe.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Earthman Southwest Funeral Home (12555 S Kirkwood Rd, Stafford, TX 77477). A rosary was held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 12:45 PM at the Holy Family Catholic Church (1510 5th St, Missouri City, TX 77489). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
