We are sad to announce that on November 21, 2025, at the age of 61, Jesse Martinez of Stamford, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucas Martinez and Florencia Martinez (Reyna); and his siblings, Johnny Martinez, Isidro Alaniz, Arnulfo Martinez, Bonita Martinez and Josie Martinez.
He is survived by: his wife Amilia "Molly" Pardo Martinez of Stamford; his children, Timothy John Pardo (Samantha), Jessica Martinez (Harvey Herrera), Tiffany Lozano (Steve), Kimberly Chavez (Armando) and Kyle Young (Naomi Conway); and his siblings, Freddy Martinez of Purcell, OK, Mary Martinez of Weatherford and Petra Salas of Ropesville. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 24th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Kinney-Underwood Funeral Home (210 S Ferguson St, Stamford, TX 79553). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the St. John's Methodist Church (201 S Ferguson St, Stamford, TX 79553). A burial was held on Tuesday, November 25th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Highland Memorial Cemetery North Swenson (1705 Hwy 6, Stamford, TX 79553).
