He was predeceased by: his father Butch McLemore; his grandparents, Louise, Jack McLemore, Jeff and Hazel McMurtry; and his parents-in-law, Eddie and Donna Marney.

He is survived by: his mother Judy McLemore of Archer City, Texas; his significant other Kim McLemore; his children, Marni, Jacob Wendeborn of Lubbock, Texas, Ty, Victoria McLemore of Stamford, Texas and Jerry Gonzales; his grandson Michael of Lubbock, Texas; his siblings, Matt (Brooke McLemore) and Mitzi (John King); and his grandchildren, Crue, Bodie, Asa, Sawyer and Joanna. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
