She was predeceased by: her parents, James Arthur Miles and Helen Beulah Miles (Rosenberger); her husband C. Stanley Leaf; her brothers, Glenn Miles, Max Miles and Jimmy Miles; and her daughter-in-law Sherry Leaf.
She is survived by: her children, Mike Leaf of Wellington, KS, Dan Leaf (Kathy) of Fort Worth, TX and Erin Delleney (Casey) of McAllen, TX; her grandchildren, Joshua Leaf (Christin), Stephen Leaf (Shannon), Rebecca Johnson (Thomas), Katie Ludwick (Scott), Miles Delleney (Lindsi) and Mallory Muzykoski (Alex); her sisters, Joyce Nichols of Shawnee Mission, KS and Helen Miles of Hays, KS; Sherry Luhring (Rich) of Virginia. She is also survived by 17 great grandchildren; and 4 great-great grandchildren.
