He was predeceased by: his parents, Tomasa Escocheda Cantu and Enrique Cantu; his wife Angelita Cantu; and his son Enrique Cantu III. He is survived by: his children, Elena Cantu, Gloria Cantu, Linda Hill, Frank Cantu, Lino Cantu and Joe Cantu; and his sister Hortencia Perez. He is also survived by 31 grandchildren, 42 great grandchildren and seven great-great grandchildren as well many extended family.
