She was predeceased by: her husband Ray Phelps (Buddy); her parents, Mary DeMasters and Don DeMasters; and her stepbrother Gary DeMasters. She is survived by: her children, Debbie, Hal Tidwell, Russel, Karen Phelps, Deana and Eddie Schilb; her grandchildren, Vincent (Maya), Brandon (Beth), Shea Roberts, Chase (Beth), Thomas (Kevin), Eric Schilb, Kristina, Alberto Maira, Jennifer and Darrell McDaniel; her great grandchildren, Eric, Jacob, Vivienne, Izzie and Claire; and her siblings, Gail Roland and Jimmie DeMasters.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Erath County Humane Society.
