He was predeceased by : his parents, Leonard Earl and Pauline Cox Pack; his son Craig Pack; his stepson Mike Sydow; his grandson Shayne Sydow; and his siblings, Linda Jordan and Gary Pack.

He is survived by : his wife Tommie Crow; his grandsons, Mitchell Pack, Matthew Pack and Erik Sydow (Kerie); his great grandchildren, Alexis Tatum (Robert) and Erik Hunter Sydow; his great great grandchildren, Easton and Carson Tatum; his daughter-in-law Donna Sydow; and his sister Merle Jo Parks. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
