He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Doyle Ramsey, Sr. and Mildred Garner; and his son Jay. He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Pat" Lee McDonald; and his children, Lisa Ramsey, Sheri Ramsey and Mike Ramsey. He is also survived by 3 children, 7 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren.
