He is survived by: his wife Tita Feltner; his sons, Gary Feltner (Amy Feltner) and John Feltner Jr. (Susan Feltner); his siblings, Ronald Feltner, Roland Feltner, Opha Woods, Marie Mitchell (Lonis Mitchell) and Katie Morgan; and his grandchildren, Zach Diaz, David Feltner (Rosie Feltner), Chelsea Hammack, Cailin Riedel and Cody Feltner.
