He was predeceased by : his parents, Mary Belle and Albert Ramming (Allie); his wife LaVerna Constien; his son Arnold Ramming; his brother Oscar Ramming; and his siblings-in-law, Virgil, Marvin, Leonard Constien and Verlene Ayers.
He is survived by : his children, Linda (George Leitner) of Galveston, Wayne (Carolyn Ramming) of Columbus, Georgia and Cindy Ramming; his grandchildren, Amy, Lucas, Joshua, Rachel, Rebecca and Ryan; and his siblings-in-law, Barbara Constien of Anadarko, Arvella Calder of New Braunfels, Texas and Larry Constien of Tulsa. He is also survived by ten great grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Monday, April 29th 2024 at 11:00 AM.
