He is survived by: his wife Eva Wheeler; his daughter Holly Creacy Williams (Curtis); his grandchildren, Curtis Williams, Jr., Jade Rudolph, Lank Rudolph (Kim) and Flint Creacy; his great grandchildren, Hazelynn, Grayson, Lorelai, Ziggie, Kaylee, Bryanna, Dillin, Paige, Maddie and Cash; his brothers, Donald Creacy (Shirley) and Clarence Creacy; his close friends, Billy Chipps and Billy Branch; Schelli Creacy Mortimer (Adrian).
