She was predeceased by: her husband Max Wayne Hefner; her son Rick Hefner; her granddaughter Jessica Page; and her son-in-law Charles Basham. She is survived by: her children, Tommy Hefner (Becky) of Stinnett, Becky Basham of Skellytown and Angela Cook (Travis) of Howe, Texas; her daughter-in-law Sandra Hefner; her grandchildren, Amanda Welch (Jason), Amy Day (Bryan), Keith Hefner, Max Lee Hefner, Joshua Hefner and Melissa Garth (Ronnie); her great grandchildren, Chase Farrar, Bradley Farrar, Sophie Day, Julia Day, Conner Garth, Zane Garth and Harper Garth; and her great great grandchildren, Lukas Farrar and Violet Farrar.
