As Douglas departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Douglas may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Douglas leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his brother Gary Stuart. He is survived by: his wife Mary Stuart; his children, Brenda Gist, Richard Stuart and Tony Stuart (Maria); and his brothers, Robert Stuart (Rosemary) and Terry Stuart (Brenda). He is also survived by loving 11 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren; as well as cousins, nieces, nephews, and many special friends.
