He was predeceased by: his daughter Ronda; and his parents, Early Bartley and June Bartley (Chandler). He is survived by: his wife Jeanne Seymore Bartley of Sudan; his children, Lyn of Sudan, Lee (Karen) of Amarillo, TX, Michael (Ashley) of Sudan and Misty of Sudan; his sister Vicky Williams (Bartley) of Marble Falls, TX.; his grandchildren, Shelby, Ashton, Ryan, Lexi and Tate; and his great grandchild Kylan.
Visitation was held on Sunday, August 10th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ellis Funeral Home - Sudan (122 N Main St, Sudan, TX 79371). A funeral service was held on Monday, August 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Sudan Church of Christ (402 Main St, Sudan, TX 79371).
