He is survived by: his wife Cathy; his children, Carrie, Nicole, Tabitha, Alex, Mackenzie, Emmy and Jillian; his grandchildren, Caitlin, Cole, Bradley, Ellie, Nia and Jonathan; his great grandchildren, Sawyer and Gavin; and his siblings, Dinah, Darryl, Garrett and Lance. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
