Though Marc may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He is survived by: his parents, Thomas Victor "Tom" Carter Jr. and Kaye Warren Carter; his wife Christine; his brother Richard Carter; his sister-in-law Bobbie; his sibling's children, Baylie and Reeves; and his sister-in-law Karen Higgins. He is also survived by his aunt and many cousins.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Nearby Parish Hall at St. Laurence Catholic Church (3100 Sweetwater Blvd, Sugar Land, TX 77479).
