He was predeceased by: his parents, Li-Huan Wang and Shi Wang; his wife Wen-Hwa Tsuei; his son Sheng; and his grandson Danny.

He is survived by: his children, De-Wei, De-Shin, Fan, Ying, Jen and Yun. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
