He was predeceased by: his parents, W. C. Fields and Zella Fields (Cook). He is survived by: his children, Donna Mae Fields and Leasel Ray Fields (Marlena); his grandchildren, Kaci Parker, Briana Stevens (Jake Stevens), Tyson Fields (Ashtyn Fields) and Shaina; and his brothers, Joe Fields of Jerry Fields, L. C and Jimmy Fields. He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren, many extended family members and friends.
