She was predeceased by : her parents, Bobby Stokes and Iretta Stokes; her husband Kenneth Phillips; her siblings, Timothy M. Stokes and Suzy Hart; and her nephew Cody Massey.

She is survived by : her son Michael Phillips (Janet); her grandchildren, Jacob Phillips, Chad Brown (Stephanie) and Rachylle Hammons (Russell); her great grandchildren, Payton Hammons, Ryan Hammons, Laney Hammons, Aubree Hammons, Ben Brown and Briell Brown; her brother-in-law Glenn Hart; and her aunt Johnita Oaks.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the West Oaks Funeral Home (500 Hillcrest Dr N, Sulphur Springs, TX 75482). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 at the Rock Hill Cemetery.
