He is survived by: his sister Barb; his granddaughter Pam; his daughter Pam Lee; his sister Bonnie Childs (Dale); his grandchildren, Eric Lee of Sundown, Dane Shaw of Dallas, Matt Shaw of Dallas, Texas and Kristy Reno (Daniel Fred) of Nevada; his great grandchildren, Jaleigh Fred of Reno, Nevada, Tessa Fred of Reno, Nevada and Kaelynn Fred of Reno, Nevada; and his extended family, Caleb Locklin of Denton Texas, Sara Fabien of West and Anna Locklin of Littlefield.
