He is survived by: his wife Donna Fleming of Sunray; his children, Keila Stegall (Albert) of Fritch, Kyle Barbour of Amarillo and Mitch Barbour (Amber) of Denton; his siblings, Jean Richards of Decatur, Kathy Lust of Lubbock and Steve Barbour of Perrin; his grandchildren, Tyler (Allyson), Karli, Kali, Gracie, Van and Ashlyn; and his great grandchildren, Bo and Baer. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
