He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Calveston Ogburn and LaDessa Malvina Ogburn (Bohrer). He is survived by: his daughters, Lynn Weber (Paul) and Amy Shamburger (John); his grandchildren, Austin Weber (Sarah), Kailey Little (Matt), Kaitlyn Shamburger and Anthony Shamburger; his great grandchild Kennedy Weber; and his brother Wayne Ogburn (Cherry).
He was a lifetime member of the NRA, Bass Anglers, Rocky Mountain Foundation, and the Air Force Association.
