He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Mowle and Hazel Mowle (Parker). He is survived by: his wife Cindy Bartlett; and his stepgrandchildren, Quentin Caswell, Fiana Kujawa and Jolee Croom. He is also survived by his friends and family for his love of his family.
