He was predeceased by: his parents, John Fowler and Barbara Fowler; his grandparents, Alton, Venus Blaylock, Mary Overton and Guess Fowler; and his nephew Tim Fowler.
He is survived by: his wife Stella Fowler; his daughter Crystal Carroll of Sunset; and his siblings, Neal (Maggie Fowler) of Bowie, Gayla (Gary Johnson) of Sunset and Johnny (Shirley Fowler) of Sunset.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the White Family Funeral Home (1418 TX-59, Bowie, TX 76230). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the First United Methodist Church (306 W Boggess St, St Jo, TX 76265).
The family requests in lieu of flowers donations be made to a place which became very special and assisted with great comfort during this difficult time, Rathgeber Hospitality House, 1615 12th St, Wichita Falls, TX 76301 in honor of Randy Fowler.
