Though Cindi may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Cindi touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Barber and Sylvia Barber. She is survived by: her children, Travis Lacey Barber, Cesar Arthur Barber, Sidney Wade Barber, Manuel Mendez Jr. and Myrah Lynn Mendez; and her husband Manuel Mendez. She is also survived by her five children; and many extended family members and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Dixon Funeral Home (1211 S Brooks St, Brazoria, TX 77422).
