He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Garza and Maria Mendez Garza; and his siblings, Lupe Garza Overton, Geronimo Garza (Jerry), Albert Garza, Jr. and Paul Garza.
He is survived by: his children, Kathryn Ann Griffin (Dan) of San Antonio, TX and Arthur James Garza (Jennifer) of Ault, Colorado; and his siblings, Roy Garza (Lois) of Longview, TX., Joe Garza of Sweeny, Felix Garza (Claudia) of Sweeny and Mary Garza Arredondo of California. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
