He was predeceased by : his parents, Mabry Wesley Hall Sr. and Sammie Louise Sowell Hall; his sister Jeanne Eberhart; and his siblings-in-law, Durenda Hall, Rick New and Scott Remington.

He is survived by : his nephews, Steven Hall and Steve New; his niece Candice New Smith; his wife Sandra New Hall; his daughters, Amy Winningham (Lee) of Brenham and Katie Oskoui (Andrew) of Austin; his grandchildren, Layla, Olivia Winningham, Cyrus and Sophie Oskoui; and his brother Sonny Hall of Sweeny. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, and other extended family and friends.
