He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Lee and Betty Smith; his brother Ron Smith; his daughter-in-law Ryan Smith; and his close friend Darrell Jordan.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Smith; his sons, Alvie Lee Smith, Andy Ross Smith, Ryan Jones (Shanna) and Bryan Jones (Anna); his grandchildren, Paige Smith, Harlie Smith, Alexzander Smith, Dahkotah Smith, Grayson Smith, Braxton Northam, Toryn Northam, Trinity Northam, Garrett Jones, Riley Jones and Blake Jones; and his sister Jan Jones (Larry). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family member and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Bill's name to the Brazoria County Fair Association.
