We bid farewell to Billy Ray Gregory of Sweetwater, Texas, born in Paducah, Texas, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on November 10, 2025 at the age of 92. Billy touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Though Billy may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Billy touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Xenophan Gregory and Mattie Gregory (Cloud); his wife Wilma Jean Betts; his daughter Debra Joyce; and his sister Dorothy (Chuck).

He is survived by: his children, Jack Gregory of Fay, Oklahoma, Sue Grubbs of Watonga and Billie Faye Pfeifle (Rob) of Crestview; and his stepson Charles Harvey (Linda) of Brownwood, Texas.. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren, 9 great-great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
