He was predeceased by: his wife Martha Donham; and his parents, Luther Donham and Alene Donham. He is survived by: his daughters, Beth Niedert and Bonnie Smola; his grandchildren, Luther, Zach, Abby, Rylee and Caleb; and his great grandchildren, Allie, Niko and Remelie.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to the RPMH Nursing Scholarship, Alzheimer's Association or Cornerstone Christian School in Leon's memory.
