He is survived by: his children, Henry Moreno of Jarrell, Texas, Lucio Moreno, Jr. (Sue Ann) of Grand Rapids, Michigan, Jody Moreno (Olivia) of Taft, Texas and Helen Gomez of Taft, Texas.; and his siblings, Blas Moreno (Manuela) of Taft, Texas, Leonardo Moreno of Taft, Texas and Juanita Hinojosa of Taft, Texas.. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren.
