He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Francisco Sr., Jose and Maria Quilimaco. He is survived by: his parents, Marie Encinia, (Quilimaco) of Taft, Texas and Francisco "Frank" Encinia, Jr.; his brothers, Frank Encinia III and Joel Encinia (Marina); his siblings' children, Ismael, Israel and Jolina Encinia; and his grandmother Lucia Encinia. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Resthaven Funeral Home Chapel (606 S San Patricio St, Sinton, TX 78387). A rosary will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church - Taft (120 E Escobedo St, Taft, TX 78390). A burial will be held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 at 11:30 AM at 700 Cemetery St, Sinton, TX 78387.
