He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Francisco Sr., Jose and Maria Quilimaco. He is survived by: his parents, Marie Encinia, (Quilimaco) of Taft, Texas and Francisco "Frank" Encinia, Jr.; his brothers, Frank Encinia III and Joel Encinia (Marina); his nieces and nephews, Ismael, Israel and Jolina Encinia; and his grandmother Lucia Encinia. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
