He was predeceased by: his parents, Margarita Adame (Montez) and Luis Adame; and his siblings, Juanita Fuentes, Beatrice Adame and Roy Adame.
He is survived by: his daughters, Vanessa Adame of Taft and Ashley Adame (Roland Ramirez) of Corpus Christi, Texas; and his grandsons, Christopher Sierra and Justin Sierra. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
