She was predeceased by : her parents, Sam Bartley and Una Park Bartley; her husband Wayne Tekell; and her siblings, Edward Bartley, Isla Stroud, Jerine Dorsey and Valerie Green.

She is survived by : her children, Mark Tekell (Charlsie) of Lubbock, Lane Tekell (Heather) of Tahoka and Melanie Sloan of San Saba, Texas.
