He was predeceased by: his father David R. Streefkerk; his daughter Harley Streefkerk; his brother John Streefkerk; and his father-in-law Elton Smith of Tatum. He is survived by: his wife Rachel Smith Streefkerk of Tatum; his children, David, Dylan Streefkerk of Tatum, Kierra Streefkerk of Fairfield and Katelyn Streefkerk of Tatum; his mother Teresa Yale Tschirhart of Traverse City, Michigan; his sisters, Yvonne Butkovich of Engadine and Lucy Organek of New Diana; his mother-in-law Janna Smith of Tatum; and his brother-in-law Jerod Smith (Nikki). He is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives.
