He was predeceased by : his parents, Ira Allen and Mildred Gray Allen Cochran; and his father-in-law Carl (Mary Reed). He is survived by : his son Tracy Allen of Henderson; his granddaughter Amber Reed Wizenried of Longview; and his uncle John Gray of Tatum. He is also survived by cousins, other family, and friends.
