He was predeceased by: his parents, Uno Arnhamn and Mabel Arnhamn; his wife Dorothy Dell Samuelson; his sister Dorothy Mae Arnhamn Romaine; and his siblings-in-law, Johnny Romaine, Ray, David, Harold Samuelson, Faye Waln Holzworth and Marilyn Samuelson.

He is survived by: his sons, Douglas Arnhamn and Stanley Arnhamn (Joy); his grandchildren, Nathan Arnhamn (Tiffany), Kristen Tumlinson (Justin), Karin Sladek (Kelby), Scott Arnhamn and Deanna Dailey; his great grandchildren, Kase Tumlinson, Taylor Tumlinson, Jameson Arnhamn, Emmett Sladek, Adalynn Arnhamn and Avery Wilson; and his sisters-in-law, Delphine and Glenda Samuelson.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations in Marvin's memory be given to New Sweden Lutheran Church, 12809 New Sweden Church Road in Manor, Texas 78653.
