He was predeceased by: his father Robert J. Crabb Sr.; and his stepfather Bobby Sheppard. He is survived by: his mother Marie Ellen Crabb (Simcik); his sons, Robert James Crabb III (Robby) and Keith Lynn Crabb (Melissa Hines Crabb); his wife Carol Lynn Crabb; his grandchildren, Blake, Cody, Garrett, Julie and Reed Crabb; his siblings, Sharon Rodriguez and Timothy (Teresa); and his nieces and nephews, Kirby Dennis, Kitt Crabb, Nicholas Rodriguez and Eli Ochoa.
Memorials or donations may be made to a scholarship fund honored by a close friend who recently passed who fished with Robert in the Taylor Bass Club.
