He is survived by: his wife Peggy Simcik; his children, Rhonda Tanner (Carlton) of Taylor, Rebecca Skrhak (Michael) of Granger and Ronnie Steffek II of Bartlett; his grandchildren, Michael "Mikey" Skrhak of Granger, Mikayla Skrhak of Stephenville, Ethan and Adam Tanner of Taylor; his brothers, Ricky Steffek (Susie) of Granger and Billy Joe Steffek (Mary Ann) of Oatmeal; his siblings-in-law, Clarence Simcik (Pat) of Robinson, John Simcik (Karen) of Granger, Dorthy Mikulencak of Georgetown, Jacqueline Wilkins of Granger and Joanie Selucky of Granger; and his nieces and nephews, Michelle Petterson (Mikulencak), Amy Burns (Simcik), Heather Castro (Simcik), Mary Jung (Wilkins), Margie Burton (Wilkins), Ashlee Wiegand (Steffek), Darrell, Duane, Richard, Aaron Steffek, Charles, Tim, Chet Mikulencak, John A. and Garrison Simcik.
