He was predeceased by: his father Edgar Walter Norris Jr.; his grandmothers, Margaret Norris, Lillie B. Black and Celestine Gray (Big Penny); and his niece Shyriece Norris.
He is survived by: his wife Annie Mae Norris; his mother Patricia Miller; his siblings, Derrick L. Norris, Roslyn L. Norris, Tracy Norris-Radcliff and Hillary Norris-Duncan (Darrell); his children, Antwain T. Spencer, Andre T. Norris, Anntwanette Brooks and Cresia Oliver; his siblings' children, Jordan Nicoles, Tarlyn Scott (TJ), Keyshaun Norris and Shanieka Norris; his grandchildren, Antwain T. Spencer Jr., Jaden, Jeremiah Norris, Andrea Norris, Yazmyne and Laila Cumby; and his aunts, Nanetta Scott and Rose Davis. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
