He was predeceased by: his parents, William Arthur and Lola Belle Gartman Hall; and his brother Norris Lee Hall. He is survived by: his wife Diana; his children, Cindy Lanham (Roy), Kimberly Windham and Craig Hall (Beth); and his grandsons, Caleb, Collin, Duncan, Lanham, Justin, Emmitt and Kolton Hall. He is also survived by six great-grandsons.
